Hickory Downs

Hickory Downs is an equestrian community located off of Highway 64 between Pittsboro and Siler City. 

On-site equestrian facilities include both indoor and outdoor riding rings, a community barn (including 19 horse stalls, large tack room and restroom), and on-site training and lessons (available on a fee basis). 

Lots range from 2-10 acres, and horse ownership is not a requirement of buying in the community. Homes are available starting at $500,000.
